Ordering Information:

We currently offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $99.00.

If you would like to place your order over the phone, call us at 1-608-255-7027 during store hours (Monday 10:00am - 6:00pm; Tues-Thurs 10:00am - 5:30pm; Fri-Sat 10:00am-6:00pm; Sun 12:00pm-4:00pm CST). Please feel free to leave a message after hours and we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping Information:

Most orders take 2-5 business days to reach its destination. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours from receipt if all items are in stock. Please note that UPS Ground shipping can take up to 9 days. Any "priority order" will be sent to you in 1-2 days by UPS or FedEx. Please call us at 1-608-255-7027 regarding any shipping questions.

Tellus Mater will email you to confirm that your order was received. If the merchandise is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone to see if you want to hold the order or exchange it for another item.

Refund and Return Policies:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.tellusmater.com you can return the merchandise for a full refund, but you will be charged for shipping costs. If you'd like to return your purchase, you must call us at 1-608-255-7027 or email us at customer-service@tellusmater.com to authorize the return. Please do not send any packages to us without contacting us or the package will be refused. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be issued for all returned items made within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in new condition. Tellus Mater is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. *We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or shipped past the allowed return date of 30 days. Items bought on sale or with promotional coupons are not returnable.

Exchanges:

We will exchange for the exact item if the item is in new condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at 1-608-255-7027 or email us at customer-service@tellusmater.com to authorize the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We inspect each item carefully to make sure that every item we send you is not defective or damaged. However, if you receive your product and it is defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will give you instructions on sending the item back with a UPS return label. After we receive the item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund for the cost of the item and original shipping costs.
