Ceramic Bakeware
Why bake with ceramic? When making dinners ahead of time, ceramic bakeware works well for preparing and then freezing for later use. It can go right from the freezer into the oven. It can also be used in the microwave. Ceramic bakeware can be used for other kitchen tasks besides baking, such as in place of a mixing bowl. You can also serve food in it right on the table; dinner rolls can be heated and placed on the table in the same bakeware piece. Ceramic bakeware cooks more evenly than metal or glass. The ceramic distributes the heat evenly, as it is a conductor of heat. Glass and metal will have hot spots in the areas closest to the heat source.
